Heart to heart, and hand in hand

Throughout this life, we can find the middle ground

Side by side, and step by step

One by one, we can take them

‘Till we reach the end

This world is torn by war.

There’s the hungry, the homeless and the poor

How can we stem this growing tide?

Look to Jesus, he is on our side         –           CH

We can live in hope,

That the world can unit in peace

In the North, from the East, the west and South

The Lord’s call to love is ours           –           CH

Vs 3

So where do we begin?

Jesus said, close your minds to sin

Love your God, for he loves you all the time

And love your neighbour in this world of every kind           –           CH
