We are heading off on an adventure

We are going on an amazing trip

We’ll be seeing so many different sights and sounds

In a place where animals abound!

VS.2

On my trip to the Zoo, I’ll see the monkeys

Climbing and swinging from the trees.

And the big, fat elephant will stroll along

I do hope that he  doesn’t stand  on me.            –  CH.

On my trip to the Zoo, I’ll see the Hippopotamus

Yawning and sleeping by the lake

And the lions and leopards will be wearing a smile

Thinking  of  the  fine  dinner  I  would  make .  [GULP]  –  CH

On my trip to the Zoo I’ll see the Koala

Eating leaves comfortably up in a tree.

And the hairy gorilla will be swinging so high,

It will be an amazing sight to see!!  –   CH.
